# Terms of Service — Proof in Numbers

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the "Proof in Numbers" YouTube Shorts channel and its automated publishing pipeline (the "Service"), operated by Petar Petrov ("we", "us").

## What the Service does

The Service is an automated pipeline (running on GitHub Actions) that generates and publishes short-form video content ("Shorts") based on publicly available statistics, to our own YouTube channel, "Proof in Numbers". It uses the YouTube Data API v3 solely to upload our own videos and set their thumbnails on our own channel.

## Acceptable use

The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Content is intended to be accurate, but statistics may be simplified for a short-form video format. Viewers should not treat the content as financial, medical, legal, or professional advice.

## No user accounts

The Service does not offer sign-up, accounts, or any user-facing interface. There is nothing for a third party to log in to; the only Google/YouTube account involved is our own channel's account, used solely to publish our own content via the YouTube API.

## YouTube Terms

Because the Service uses YouTube API Services, it is bound by the [YouTube Terms of Service](https://www.youtube.com/t/terms), and by using the Service (including watching or interacting with videos on the channel) you agree to YouTube's own Terms of Service.

## Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the latest revision.
